As a dedicated healthcare professional, I bring a wealth of experience as a registered nurse with an extensive background in diverse clinical settings. Throughout my career, I have served as a case manager, guiding individuals through complex health journeys with compassion and expertise. Recognizing the unique challenges women face during midlife, I became a Certified Menopause Coach and working towards becoming a Certified Menopause Clinician, committed to empowering women with evidence-based education, support, and solutions tailored to their individual needs. I’m also a Certified Functional Medicine Coach and have partnered up with a Functional Medicine Practitioner to help identify the areas that women need help navigating through this time of life.

Now embarking on my own journey into perimenopause, I understand firsthand the physical, emotional, and mental shifts that come with this stage of life. My mission is to create a supportive space where women can access trusted resources, personalized coaching, and holistic wellness strategies to navigate menopause with confidence and vitality.
